• GPC applies a wet-milling/distilling process to separate corn into various components.
• Starches are first separated from the protein and fibrous portion of the kernel.
• The protein portion is the golden-colored protein feed ingredient, 60% protein corn gluten meal.
• The fibrous portion is corn gluten feed or corn distillers dried grains with solubles, an excellent bypass protein which is made into SOLULAC^®.
• GPC also produces corn gluten feed.  Corn gluten feed can be purchased as either dried loose feed, dried pelleted feed, or as wet feed.
• These feed products are marketed around the world.

60% corn gluten meal is used extensively by the poultry industry as a source of protein and xanthophyll. GPC corn gluten meal is used in poultry rations to produce poultry products with the healthy golden glow consumers demand.  Corn gluten meal is also highly valued by pet food manufacturers because it is a readily digestible natural protein.

SOLULAC^® corn distillers dried grains with solubles is a 25% protein feed ingredient used to enhance rations for dairy, beef, swine, and poultry by improving feed efficiency.  SOLULAC^® is the brand known worldwide for its consistency and performance, and has maintained that reputation for over 30 years.

Corn distillers dried grains with solubles is a 20% protein feed ingredient that is also available when the higher protein of SOLULAC^® is not needed or desired.

Corn gluten feed - dry loose/dry pellets/wet - The portion of the shelled corn that remains after extraction of the starch, gluten, and germ by the wet-milling process of our Washington, Indiana, facility.

Liquid feed syrup - This highly concentrated feed syrup is produced from a wet corn milling process and is high in protein and energy.  This product is typically added to enhance an animal feed ration.

Individual customers have specific transportation needs.  GPC feed ingredients are available for bulk transport in a number of ways:

• Barge
• Rail hopper cars
• Truck

Product can also be packaged in 50-pound bags for rail or truck shipment.
